Welcome to TranscripTv. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Transparency Technologies, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of TranscripTv, our media platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

TranscripTv is a media project that brings real court transcripts to life through produced audio, video, and text formats. Our content includes but is not limited to audio series (TranscripTalk), written publications (TranscripText), and video productions (TranscripTv).

Court transcripts referenced in our productions are public domain materials sourced from official court records. All original content - including scripts, voiceover, narration, production design, music, and creative elements - is the copyrighted property of Transparency Technologies, LLC.

3. Waitlist and Early Access

By joining the TranscripTv waitlist, you provide your email address and consent to receiving communications about the project, including launch updates, referral notifications, and promotional materials. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in each email.

Waitlist position, referral rewards, and early access benefits are offered at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All original content, branding, logos, designs, and creative works associated with TranscripTv, TranscripTalk, and TranscripText are owned by Transparency Technologies, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Services; (d) use automated systems to access the Services in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce; or (e) share referral codes or waitlist access in a misleading or deceptive manner.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. COURT TRANSCRIPT CONTENT IS PRESENTED VERBATIM FROM PUBLIC RECORDS; WE DO NOT WARRANT THE COMPLETENESS OR ACCURACY OF ORIGINAL COURT RECORDS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRANSPARENCY TECHNOLOGIES, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Denver County, Colorado.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
